Owner Demand

本案常住屋主一家三口，小朋友目前10歲，周末、寒暑假期間老人會(huì)過來照看孩子，因此要保留三房功能。對(duì)于新家，屋主希望設(shè)計(jì)上盡可能簡(jiǎn)約、自然、寬敞 、舒適、融洽；功能上屋主希望有盡可能多的收納空間，除此以外還希望有一個(gè)較大的空間可以供孩子學(xué)習(xí)玩耍。

戶型改造

House Type Transformation

本案原始結(jié)構(gòu)就是很不錯(cuò)的橫廳布局，因此在功能結(jié)構(gòu)方面，設(shè)計(jì)師保留了房屋原有的基本狀態(tài)，僅在功能布置上進(jìn)行了微調(diào)，同時(shí)優(yōu)化了全屋動(dòng)線及功能。

色彩定調(diào)

Color Setting

L形原木色儲(chǔ)物柜+一字型鞋吧設(shè)計(jì)，精致簡(jiǎn)潔，容量可觀，輕松將雜亂藏于無形，空間更為清爽通透。鞋吧上的綠植在射燈的點(diǎn)綴下，也為空間帶來別樣的精致視覺感。

L-shaped log color storage cabinet + A-shaped shoe bar design, exquisite and simple, with considerable capacity, easily hide the clutter in the invisible.

開門見廳的格局，讓客廳空間變得缺乏隱私，為了緩和一進(jìn)門的倉(cāng)促感和一覽無余，設(shè)計(jì)師在全然開闊的公區(qū)以一排垂直木格柵做隔斷。木質(zhì)隔斷簡(jiǎn)約溫潤(rùn)，在光影的映射下也讓空間增加了一份靈動(dòng)意境美。

The pattern of open door to the living room makes the living room lack privacy. In order to ease the rush of entering the door and have a clear view.

餐廳區(qū)域選用大面積低飽和度的原木色和純凈的白色進(jìn)行搭配，設(shè)計(jì)師精心挑選的圓角木質(zhì)餐椅與無菱角原木長(zhǎng)桌，減少擁擠和磕碰，圍合起一家人的就餐的溫度與禮序。

The dining room area is matched with large-area low saturation log color and pure white.

作為日常用餐的地方，餐具、酒品、雜物等眾多，為了讓空間規(guī)整，設(shè)計(jì)師沿墻打造了一整壁餐邊柜，用于分擔(dān)儲(chǔ)物壓力，半開放格加燈帶的設(shè)計(jì)，讓餐邊柜瞬間成為餐廳的一道靚麗風(fēng)景。

In order to make the space orderly, the designer has built a whole wall of sideboard along the wall to share the storage pressure.

深淺不一的原木色調(diào)，在自然光的映射下，沉淀著低調(diào)靜雅的韻味，透過室內(nèi)擺放的綠植往里瞧，兩盞蘑菇燈與蕾絲餐布相映成趣，美如畫卷。

Under the reflection of natural light, the tones of logs with different depths and shades precipitate a low-key and elegant charm.

客廳整體以大面積的白色為主色調(diào)，輔之以低飽和度的原木色，融入線條柔和的家具和生機(jī)盎然的綠植，營(yíng)造出悠閑自在的空間氛圍。

The living room is mainly white with a large area, supplemented by low saturation log color, soft furniture and vibrant green plants, creating a leisurely space atmosphere.

電視墻只用了一排電視柜進(jìn)行裝飾，原木的色彩，落地的款式，既好看又方便打掃，后期即使想增加投影儀或電視機(jī)，空間也不會(huì)顯得突兀。

The TV wall is decorated with only a row of TV cabinets. The color of the log and the style of the floor are good-looking and easy to clean.

一字型白色組合沙發(fā)和造型獨(dú)特的圓形木茶幾，是客廳區(qū)域當(dāng)之無愧的主角。閑暇的午后，一家人慵懶的躺坐在沙發(fā)上談天說地，和煦的陽(yáng)光透過白紗灑向室內(nèi)，好不愉悅！

The one-shaped white combination sofa and the round wooden tea table with unique shape are the worthy protagonists in the living room area.

客廳與茶室則由擺放在中間的沙發(fā)和中島臺(tái)完美劃分，客廳為休閑娛樂區(qū)，茶室則兼顧書房用作學(xué)習(xí)，由于是開放式設(shè)計(jì)，因此這個(gè)區(qū)域也被賦予了互動(dòng)和社交功能。

The living room and the tea room are perfectly divided by the sofa and Nakajima terrace placed in the middle.

“人間有味是清歡，偷得浮生半日閑?！笔窃O(shè)計(jì)師為茶室打造的關(guān)鍵詞。一整壁的書墻采用半開放式設(shè)計(jì)，既可儲(chǔ)物又可用于展示。

"The world is full of fun, and it's a half day's leisure." It is a key word created by the designer for the tea room.

寬大而又平整的桌面，除了適用于品茗，也同樣適用于“案牘”與“教學(xué)”。在周末的清晨，陽(yáng)光斜斜的撒入室內(nèi)，與孩子一起捧書閑讀，充實(shí)內(nèi)在，倦了就閉上眼小憩一會(huì)兒又或者發(fā)發(fā)呆，也是別樣的幸福。

The broad and flat table top is not only suitable for drinking tea, but also suitable for "paperwork" and "teaching".

為了充分的利用每個(gè)平方，廚房采用U型布局。白色+原木色的整體配色，賦予廚房寬敞和整潔的空間氛圍，即使被煙味包圍，業(yè)主依舊能夠感受自然的清晰與純凈。

In order to make full use of each square meter, the kitchen adopts a U-shaped layout.

原戶型衛(wèi)生間門正對(duì)床頭，為了改善這窘迫的格局，設(shè)計(jì)師通過壓縮次臥空間，為主臥騰出更多面積，后將主衛(wèi)門洞下移，并將主臥浪費(fèi)的過道空間改為衣帽間。

The toilet door of the original house is facing the bedside. In order to improve this embarrassing situation.

主臥床頭背景墻以溫馨的奶咖色作為主調(diào)，營(yíng)造舒適溫馨的休憩氛圍。軟裝則選用造型簡(jiǎn)約、材質(zhì)高檔的家具，搭配親膚簡(jiǎn)潔床品，窗簾特意選擇了與床靠同色系，以協(xié)調(diào)空間視覺，讓臥室顯得更加質(zhì)感舒適而統(tǒng)一。

The background wall at the head of the bed in the master bedroom takes the warm milk coffee color as the main tone to create a comfortable and warm rest atmosphere.

兒童房作為10歲孩子的居所，安全舒適為第一要?jiǎng)?wù)，選用0甲醛成品書桌椅靠窗擺放，充足的光線，孩子看書學(xué)習(xí)不傷眼。

As the residence of 10-year-old children, safety and comfort are the first priority. 0 formaldehyde finished desks and chairs are placed against the window. There is sufficient light.

柔軟的床鋪靠墻擺放為孩子營(yíng)造滿滿的安全感，床靠是皮質(zhì)包裹造型，讓孩子背部倚靠有舒適的支撐，白色紗簾加全遮光布藝窗簾，視覺上助眠，營(yíng)造輕松好眠的臥室氛圍。

The designer designs the rest area according to the age of the two children. The older son's room is calm and low-key, and the younger son's room is slightly childlike.

次衛(wèi)的空間較大采用了干濕分離設(shè)計(jì)，洗漱區(qū)布置白色實(shí)木懸空臺(tái)盆柜+黑色原木化妝鏡，空間美觀又大方。

The space of the second bathroom is large, and the dry and wet separation design is adopted.

淋浴區(qū)墻、地面采用淺灰色瓷磚，灰色與白色的洗浴用品置入其中，空間風(fēng)格簡(jiǎn)潔統(tǒng)一。

The walls and floors of the shower area are made of light gray tiles, and the gray and white bath articles are placed in them, with a simple and unified space style.
